At Chris Lane Salon Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional beauty services in a welcoming and relaxing environment. We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full time, weekdays Tuesday - Friday, and be the first point of contact for our clients.
As Front Desk / Guest Service, you will be responsible for:
Greeting clients warmly and ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival.
Managing appointment bookings and schedule changes efficiently.
Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries.
Handling client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Assisting with retail product sales and inventory management.
Providing administrative support to salon staff as needed.
Handling retail transactions and daily close-out.
As Front Desk / Guest Service, you will be required to:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Become proficient in using DaySmart salon management software (training provided).
Have the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Have previous experience in a salon or customer service role.

Hair Stylist

We are currently seeking a skilled Salon Stylist to join our team and provide exceptional hair services.
As a Stylist, you will be responsible for:
Performing hair consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
Providing hair cutting, coloring, and styling services
Participating in educational opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry
Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
Keeping your service and shared areas clean and tidy
As a Stylist, you will be required to:
Hold a valid cosmetology license
Have proven experience as a Salon Stylist
