CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel we ask that you do so in a considerate and timely manner. We know life happens and it’s easy to forget an appointment, which is why we confirm them 48 hours in advance and ask for a credit card on file to hold the appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Late cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

  • “NO-SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the scheduled service amount.


Salon & Spa Service Corrections

At Chris Lane Salon Spa we take the utmost care to ensure our clients leave satisfied with their service. If you are unhappy with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days after your service so we may address any issues in a timely fashion. At that time we can schedule an appointment to make any needed changes or adjustments. We will gladly make adjustments to your hair at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.


Product returns

It is our goal to choose the best products to help you maintain your skin & hairs’ health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from the date of sale and we will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange*. The team at Chris Lane will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer.


*Please note that we only offer exchanges, not refunds, on products that are opened and used.

Children

Due to safety issues and consideration of other clients, children are not permitted on the salon & spa floor during your service.
